I have a website which is related to Women's Clothing
URL of the website is http://www.womens-clothing.biz

I have submitted the website to 1200 directories, 100 social bookmarking websites, did a press release, doing blog commnets, blog posts, Posting in yahoo answers

The domain name consists of the keyword.

Still i don't even see the website even in top 50 pages of Google.
I want to know what is wrong with the website.

first of all you have to check if you're indexed at google. just search "site:womens-clothing.biz" without the quotes
then even if you're indexed and even if the keyword is not so competitive you will not enter to the first 50 pages so easy. and for last the bad news: you probably being sandbox, google consider you a spammer. 1200 submissions in how much time? months? the link building should be gradual, if google "see" hundreds of links in a short space of time "he" think the site is a spam site... I made that error too... I don't know if that's the case, if not you should continue doing the link building with your keyword as anchor text

you're indexed but you're promoting a keyword with 37 millions pages results. you want to be in the first 500 so you have to make better than 36.999.500 sites. hard stuff

Your site is indexed quite good in Google but I only found one in Yahoo!
Don't ever think that your effort to get to the top 50 is enough, keep doing all those stuff, bit by bit and you'll manage to climb to the top :)

zelv - After submitting to directories it takes time to get accepted in directories and crawled by search engines.
So we don't get all the links at a time.
When i checked the websites which are ranking in 40 pages of google most of the websites have very few backlinks.
Some websites are no way related to women's Clothing
So, I think my website must deserve better position than them.

One Person said me that i need to add some content to home page of the website otherwise Google keep the website in supplimentary results.
    Is he right?

just because it shows on google that the sites you checked have very few backlinks doesnt mean thats all the backlinks they have. google doesnt show all the backlinks anyways.

how long you have been building backlinks and how old is your site? if your site is new and got sandboxed, it might take months for it to come out of sandbox. other than that,, its all based on competition. less competitive sites will take week or weeks to get ranked while competitive sites might take months. so patience is the virtue and all i can advise is, just keep building backlinks and dont give up

Are you deep linking? There is a lack of content for the search engines to suck up on the main site.

I agree. You are on the right track keep it up and you will move up as your backlinks mature. I have created hundreds of sites and it takes time to move up in SERP.

So does this mean that if we use the automatic submission processes, Google will consider it a spammer site, I didn't know this,
    thanks for the tip.

well I researched your targeted keywords in Google and it seems like you have 17 million competitors, I think you should wait for 9 months or more to have your site be seen in SE's rank

SEO is an ongoing process. So do off page optimization in regular interval of time.

Try to use first the less competitive but high searches keywords. Focus on this keyword first before you try to use the keywords with more competitors.

The answer for your question lies in this:

It's barely a month old site. It's highly impossible to get SE traffic in such a short time for a competitive keyword you are targeting. All the work you have done takes time. Put in some great content and build links slowly. You should see yourself ranking for some of the terms you are SEO'ing.

Your site is new so it is very hard to get listed in SE in short period of time. You have done lots of things within this short period so this may be harmful for your site. Every link send a signal to google, so they can track all what you have done for increase your link popularity. So dont go for huge link building go with natural way. It will help you in long run, and one more thing.. directory links are not much valuable these days, so dont waste time for it.
