hi i would like to know if the pagerank is high does that mean better search engine rankings? If not, how do i get better search engine ranking for a few keywords?
I thought it was so originally but if I do a check, some of the web sites that have lower PR than me are ranked higher in the search engines. I guess SERP depends on more factors than just PR.
and serp is like the content in yor site? for example if your site is about food but specificly about carrots, to get better serach engine position you would need to apply carrots alot?
Alright, so if i get backlinks on the same subject, write content about it. and optimize me pages i will get better se positioning? how do i/ what is optimizing your pages mean?
PR is one of the factors that influence your results but not the only. Google use an impressive amount of algorithms for ranking results and this is like an ongoing task for google, it improve and change always.
Adding your target keywords in your content and putting them in Bold or Italics. Also, Wordpress is already SEO'd really well.
