I mean whole bunch of links about 100. Do you know any good methods to encourage people to put 100 outgoings links on their sites?
How about putting great quality content on yours and then focusing on getting traffic. Once you get that just make a little side note like: "Help us grow. Share our site/blog with your friends/family/community/readers"
Most people with just a little knowledge will not do this. 100 outgoing links is a lot of PR drain. Plus it may border looking like a link farm. That's my answer, assuming I understood your question. It's a little broad, so who knows...
