    Are you serious? Only that little for a Capital City GEO that's also a LLLL.com? If the OP wants to sell it to me for that price, I'd be glad to take it of their hands ;)

    Aced.com sold for $12,500, Iart.com sold for $16,694, BHFO.com sold for $10,100, Sumo.com sold for $150,000, Popa.com sold for $15,182, Typo.com sold for $25,000.

    Surely a GEO would sell for a lot more!

    I would say this name is definately worth in the Low to Mid $xxx,xxx range IMO.

    this is a quality domain. Kiev is a huge and very important European capital (population around 3m). I would expect something in the xx,xxx range for this domain

    It's a good domain, but in my honest opinion I don't think it will get into the 100k range.

    Yom.com (which means today in hebrew? I believe) isn't even selling for $25,000

    hmm... what would I rather have?! A geo name that is recognized around the world.. or a generic word known in a certain language... obviously the geo would have more potential.. If I had that domain I could sell it within 24 hours for at least $100,000.. you're looking in the wrong market. You have to move to the macro level..
