what does this line means?

Domain owner may not re-direct traffic to their parked domain name. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, traffic redirected from other domain names, traffic originating from advertising and purchased traffic such as pop-under or exit traffic. Each domain name must be parked separately.

this is under sedo guidelines for domain parking

is it mean that sedo allows advertising traffic?

even they mentioned if you opt for popup traffic you have to get it approved?

That means that the domain must only get traffic from type-in traffic or from existing links from other website. You're not allowed to buy traffic like from Adwords or do popups on any other website where a screen pops up with your parking page on it.

i think they mean you are allowed to have traffic from advertising and popup

thats why they say you should consult us for pop up advertising for our consent.

THE TERM NOT LIMITED TO:means exclusion from all others i think

tell me if i am wrong...
