    yes, i know what is CPU usage... and i want to tell you that i offer only cpanel accounts in which there nothing like cpu usage restriction.... so as far as i know you can use cpu as much as you can... because we tweak apache to perform best, dosent matter what ever be the load... it will never go down... we have already tested it.
