Hey guys if you are with NetworkSolutions.com. Move your account to another place asap. These guys SUCK SO BAD. My friend's account got stolen and they did nothing to help him out. Everything points against the HIJACKER still NETSOL wont help. Check this out.. He had the following information in his account. His Full Family Name His Address City Province Country Postal Code Credit Card Number House Phone Number So what happened someone got his account and changed all the information. So my friend mailed them back with his driver license, passport scan and house documents to prove that he owned the account. Guess what NO LUCK. They say they cannot see the old record. My friend had his ISP call them to confirm his IP that logged to the account still no luck. So basically an account with 4 PREMIUM DOMAINS worth 50k+ USD are gone. Because a lame site like NETWORKSOLUTIONS.com won't help him out. Anyway to get back the account. Please Help..
I donno if its inside job or not. But these bastards won't do anything to help us out. We sent all the legal documents. I will make sure Netsol gets a good message out if we dont get our account back. Their system is messed up, they also register any domain you type in their system to see if its available or not. THey register it and ask you $30 for it after wards lol, other places its $8. So if you go to netsol and type -- networksolutionssuckandlickandtheyarewhores . com it will be registered lol...
If it is worth 50k, I would suggest getting legal help and send a legal letter to Netsol asking them to help. If they refuse to cooperate as you say, no point wasting time. Try to get back your domains asap before it is transferred here and there making it far more difficult to trace.
