Selling 2 Video Game Sites

I am selling 2 of my websites, both of which are personal sites I have a great interest in, but I cannot update them or maintain them at all anymore because I dont have the time or internet anymore, so I am selling both of them if I get any real offers.

Sites are:

http://www.ffusite.net - A video game site about the very successfull and popular video game, Final Fantasy and is over 3 years old, fantastic layout (in my opinion)

http://www.rpgaming.info - A RPG Video Game blog which used to post all te latest news, previews and reviews as well as a range of downloads for people to download.

AS mentioned I am selling because I cannot update them anymore as I have very very limited internet access. But also because my hosting is running out and they are taking up room and bandwith and I need to downgrade my hosting package in order to afford it.

For RPGaming.info, Buyer gets the domain name, site as it is, my help with installing if needed and also the buyer will get my personal Yahoo Publisher Network login used for this site and possibly others. Yahoo Publisher Network pays very well and also pays by paypal. You will get all the funds already in the account and then the account is yours to keep. It is in beta and is very hard to get an invite, so this is a bonus. lastly the buyer will get my advice and tips on how to run the site and how to get news and will also get reviews that I make on games

For ffusite.net, Buyer will get the domain name, www.ffusite.net which was only recently renewed and wont need to be bought again for 10 months or so. Buyer will also get all the files, news, content that I have written and also this spectacular layout. Site does probably need some work done on it with adding some more content, but once that is done, new info doesn't need to be added very often, only with new releases and latest news and has various affiliates which more can be added and plenty of free traffic from them. I will also provide help and tips on running the site if needed.

I dont know exact earnings, but google adsense shows about $15 from this year. We dont do any advertising of any kind on the site, as i dont have money or time to do it, so all is from google, links and affiliates.

Visits: 7913
Pages: 23370
Hits: 220696
Bandwith: 1.89 GB

And stats for 2007 from the 19th of July

Unique: 5396
Visits: 23348
Pages: 47632
Hits: 168458
Bandwith: 2.12 GB

With 3400 coming from search engines and 1843 different keyphrases

As for hosting requirements, there is no special requirements. All you need is PHP, You dont need a database for ffusite.net but you need 1 mysql database for rpgaming.info

I just want to stress I am just taking offers on these sites, If I see an offer I like for 1 or both then I would gladly accept.

Also I would like to say that I havent bought ANY paid advertising of these sites, traffic is all natural and I think proper work and advertising on the sites would work a charm.

The traffic and that is a few posts up, but as for rpgaming.inof, I am open for offers, for ffusite.net I wont accept any less then $100. But I havent had any offers on rpgaming.info yet, so there is no benchmark really

 

ill offer $50 for both. The content on ffusite.net seems to be taken from uffsite.net so its not unique.

 

All content on ffusite.net is unique except for reviews taken form other sites and the beginning of each section. Only reason I took them is because I wanted to get all pages set up for each section and because I didnt have time to write them. Everything else in the site is unique.

And $50 is no where near enough.

 

I dont see reviews or any original content (except layout) all i see is the summary of each game when i click on it.

 

Yes, on the side, to the left side of the page. there is a list of content for each section. Only content is mostly in Final Fantasy X, XII and IX mostly

 

So there are no original reviews at all, just two from gamespot posted.

The rest of the content that is unique is about 12 pages and is about the magic and stuff in the games.
