    They CHARGE? I'm non-plussed!

I can't imagine Yahoo charging. I can't imagine anyone would pay.

I need to read the tech news!

I didn't realize customer support only applied to web hosting. ;)

Maybe I misunderstood the OP, but I thought that was what this thread was about - even though if it is, it is in the wrong section

It happens sometimes, just goes to show how many people use Yahoo, and how many people need support as well (mostly due to the Yahoo hosting). It never really happened to me though.

Migrate to GoDaddy.com... they're #1 and their customer support shows it... with yahoo! you're getting someone that's usually reading from a issue script... GoDaddy, the reps have extensive knowledge in all areas... and if they don't have your answer they'll find it. They have excellent database and server side knowledge that's worth the extra $2 a month for hosting... you can even pay about $6 a month and get all of your domains hosted on one account. They have $20 packets that are also worth what you pay for them... If you need the space... ..yahoo! has the unlimited hosting but it isn't worth it... if you're getting enough visitors that use up all your bandwidth and need more.. if you're not able to pay a couple dollars more then you're doing something wrong. Your ads should more than pay for the cost of hosting exponentially..
