ONLY if you reached the threshold... if you are under it and your account gets blocked, you will not be paid

prob not, usually they will cancel the check. but I would just deposit it and dont spend it to see what happens.

I'm sorry but after google blocked your account, the checked has been blocked too..

 

This would be my educated guess as well. Once an account is banned... money normally is supposed to go back to the advertisers. I doubt they'd give you free money.
