u can sell site with one month old unless it show some potential for the buyer...if site is sold mainly on adsense earning basis then i would say at least 4 - 6 months with last three months stady earning..

Have you been able to make $1 in a day before? That's the hardest part.

Everyone here who only makes a few dollars a day...listen. You've already done the hardest part. Many (most) people can't even get to that point. If you can make $1/day, you can make $100, 200, 300 etc. daily.

How?

It's easy. Take the current method you're employing. Make it bigger. Repeat. (example: you have a little site with adsense on it. You make about $1/day from it. Make it bigger: try and double your traffic and get to $2/day. Think that you can't make it any bigger? Move on to the next site. Do something in a different niche. Get that site up to $1-2/day. Move on.) This works with just about everything in the online marketing world - everything can be scaled, expanded, and repeated.

But to answer your question, NO, it's not easy. Very challenging and you have to be dedicated. But is it possible? Yes, very.

 

This really depends. I've seen people sell sites that were only a week old (usually marketed as 'turnkey').

Obviously the more work that has been put into a site (design, content, good domain, backlinks, traffic, revenue, etc) the more it will sell for.
