lolv2 - Sounds like a plan. Good luck with it. I have dugg literally every post I have published. Yevgeny - I apologize, I can't reveal the URL now.
UPDATE Managed to convince myself to remove Adsense ads across the board. Very hard decision, but I am going to stick to it.
Why would you do that? Having adsense on your website won't affect your search engine ranking or anything like that.
Agreed JohnSon. That ain't the problem. I have started earning $1-$4 everyday from Adsense. Yesterday, I made only 30 cents. It hurt my gut. I knew this from the beginning and thats why I had planned to insert adsense after 3 months. Greed got in my way. I overcame the greed factor this morning. Fear of discouragement took over.
marketsnipers, as I've been reading this thread one question keeps coming to mind about your network - are you planning on creating all of the sites with a focus on the same topic area or are there a number of topics? I understand your not wanting to reveal the specific things you are working on but I wonder if you would be willing to share a distribution - i.e. 100% same topic, 3 topics spread across the network, etc
Even sites earning $1000 per day will have days when they earn only a 'mere $300' or something lower. Looking at daily income from adsense is not advised... it is more advisable to look at the average income over a given time period and then draw some comparisons. However, as your network is new, drawing any comparison is pointless at this time - as you will be building the site up and improving the inbound links in due time. One reason why I would advise having adsense on a site from the start is so that it can give you a clue about the average click income... pointless developing a 100page+ site if the average click income is only going to be $0.04 or thereabouts. However, if the average click income is $0.50+ then it should help you figure out which sites are likely to be more profitable long-term and where you should concentrate more effort in the future.
Yes, I know what you mean, but as you said, my sites are new. I had adsense for 2 weeks now and my clicks have been between 70 cents to $1.83, 80% of the time. Rest 20% has been between 30-50 cents. I did 6 months of research before starting this project.
Hey great work buddy...I am also building a niche site....though not a network....I am trying this out as a case study and soon will be revealing it as I have documented every bit of it..... Good Luck
