Purchased one of these servers. Went down on the first day i had it, and took over 10 hours to get it back up. OK so then it was back up, my idea from the start was to use it as a VPS node, so i installed HyperVM/OpenVZ correctly and rebooted. Server did not come back online, AGAIN! Many more hours passed until the server was back online. Once it was back again, the server refused to boot any kernel other then the default one, even though the HyperVM/OpenVZ installation was done correctly as i have done on many of my other servers. Server goes down AGAIN! (THIRD TIME!) OK so server was down for around 3-4 days while i waited patiently for the provider to get in contact with the datacenter to fix the problem, the provider then tells me that the datacenter do not support the software i wish to install on the dedicated server (HyperVM/OpenVZ). Now this is rubbish because the server would refuse the installation of any kernel, not just the OpenVZ one. So now i was without a server (which i purchased for) for around 5 days, and all of my tickets and emails were being ignored, absolutely pathetic. As i was promised a 5 day money back guarantee, i decided to submit a ticket regarding a refund, again this was IGNORED, so i also sent 2 emailed which were also IGNORED I would not recommend purchasing anything with this seller, their support is terrible (dont expect to receive quick help if your server ever goes down), they do not have much knowledge regarding dedicated servers and they ignore refund requests even when promised a money back guarantee. This has now resulted in me submitting a Claim with PayPal
My server OS was being reinstalled due to a password error and 2 days ago (June 25th) I was told, No details have been mailed to me. Live chat has been offline since and I have submitted 2 support tickets regarding the issue. Is anyone else having problems like this?
oh this is scary.. i havent had downtime yet but as for the support, it's correct that live support is offline.. im getting scared since right now this is a new server which roughly no problems yet but i do not know what will happen in the future.. i hope i will get support from kev
I have to same problem, my server password was incorrect and I have left multiple messages. However, its been 3 days and no one has yet to get back to me.
My server has been down for over 48hrs ive tried the telephone, email and send tickets but i get no response back. Any advice?? Thanks in advance
