Dedicated Server Needed

    Looking for a dedicated server that allows a file sharing script which will be for templates, themes, skins. As well as running a forum.

    Budget is No more than $80 as I have found one at that price with 0 setup, with 250gb hdd 100mbit connection and windows os..

    So post your offers please...

    I think that find the server for that specs - no problem. Other problem - to understand that windows licence is paid as well.
