How do you make money on the web?

the big chunk comes from blogging.

but right now, i'm giving myself a break from work. gotta study!
it also means, a season with no real cash for me

 

You have Adbrite on your site though ? that's a ppc / ad' provider.

But he is talking very broad, basically he's saying build a site and optimize ad' placement, then get traffic .... but that's very basic and is what 99.9% of websites try to achieve .... it's the nitty gritty in between that people want to know.

It's not a trusted module though or millionaires or people with cash would invest in it .... hence I have $2000 can you guarantee that I will get $500 back from this or a total of $2500 for my $2000 ?

The best way in my opinion is too offer a service and build up clients, it's generally stable and costs close to nothing apart from time.

 

and yes the progrom is a trusted model and there are people that have put allot of money into this program. you can even look it up on alexs and see where they are at. There are about 55k members in this program right now and its growing by leaps and bounds.

I don't guarantee it but the company i am talking about does guarantee the 125 percent payout. so if you put $2000.00 you would make $2500.00 no joke plus you would receive an extra 25 percent on top of that plus bonuses.

but that is if you wanted to put money into a program and most people don't.

Thats ok from time to time but rich people are rich because they had a unique idea.

So make something that isnt already on the internet... i know its hard in 2008 but there are always ideas!

 

I do too it may not be as much as you or most people on here but I make enough to keep me happy. Would be happier if I could retire but I have a little ways to go for that I need another $3950 a month to hit my goal. Once I hit my goal then I won't have to worry about having a day job.

Actually, I was making a website on a topic I was quite passionate about. However, I still don't know a lot about how to get people to my website which is a huge part of why I failed. I didn't fail because I wasn't interested in my topic.

sorry I wish I had a business model to follow, only one I follow is what I learn I found that anything that will help you get ahead will cost you money, for infomration, websites, etc.

if you use ask.com you might be able to pose the question business models and it will give you allot of different things to go through and look at.

Most of the stuff I have learned I done from trial and error.

 

Yep. Clients are much different from customers. They are more stable, more personally friendly and maintains a long-term relationship with me. Building up clients really save the trouble and money in promotion.

 

Adsense-making high traffic forums n blogs on Indian entertainment and others.

Some money from forum posting, selling links etc.

 

Me i create content, try all affiliate programs, try creating websites etc. etc.

So far I have made about 10 bux in two months. but I have learnt alot in them two months.

So far I have invested nothing but time and have had fun doing it aswell.


The plan is my invested time will pay back when i finally do something or scale up what im doing now to actually earn me some real scrilla.

 

Find a niche that interests you and then select a high converting , well paying site to do business with. Write articles. forum marketing , yahoo answers and ppc.

 

try your luck in the BST section doing some forum posting etc. It could make you earn without any money out from your pocket.

 

My main source of income from the internet is my online training company. We developed a special platform to provide trainings that would usually cost people several hundred up to thousands of dollars for very low price. When we started with the program a year ago our target customers were young people interested in programming/web development/design, who couldn't afford expensive trainings. However currently most of our customers are companies, who use us to decrease their employee training cost, our customers even include huge telecommunication companies with revenues of several hundred million € a year.

However recently I also started with affiliate marketing.

 

There are some good website/domain flipping ebooks available on these forums if that takes your fancy. You would need a little capital to outsource, but might be worth a look.
