Tagbridge?

    Has anyone seen/heard anything from them (Jamie/Cameron G) over the last week or so? I've been seeing some disturbing stuff & put together with my own experiences a lot just doesn't add up.

    I have a VPS with them for personal usage, so nothing critical just a tad annoying.

    Naturally of course, and no such luck.

    I personally don't need anything from them, just a few answers to the bits and pieces I have been seeing. Given what I have seen & experienced over the last few months I wanted to do a little more digging.

    Damn, your making it sound so mysterious :p. Try calling them on the numbers on their site, maybe that'll get you some answers :)

    havent seen them online since last week but the VPS I bought from them still working fine so that's fine for me. Just have some question would like to ask them as well. waiting for them to come back online. ;)

    I'm furious over their absence. I have an outstanding bill which they told me I wouldn't get -- so I'm not paying. But now it's gotten so far that within days I'll have some kind of debt collection agency on me!

    This is ridiculous. I really need them back.

    I had a phone call from Jamie asking me why I was bad mouthing them, and he answered the questions I had. I'm not entirely satisfied but he was at least there/back. I haven't seen him since mind you, so I dunno. It's best to try phoning them or 'email' Cameron as he's apparently back with Tagbridge (yet again). try him on that.

    TagBridge is by far the worst company to get involved with. I purchased a VPS and they said in a support ticket 5 hours after I bought it that it will be setup in a few minutes. 24 hours later I cancel and request a refund and I went with veritynet.. 12 hours later my VPS was made and I still have a cancellation request in place which they ignored. It has been a week now and I'm still attempting to get a refund. Jamie blocked me on MSN to avoid my conversation. I talked to a friend of his and everytime has asks Jamie for a refund jamie doesn't respond. HORRIBLE SUPPORT. Now I have a VPS I have no use for, that of which I canceled 12+ hours before it was even MADE and they refuse to message me back regarding my refund.

    This will be posted EVERYWHERE till I get my refund. This business is a scam and I don't want to be involved with it anymore.

    For those of you with outstanding support issues or anything of that nature, please drop me an email at cj_salter ...@... pc-core.net and I will get them sorted for you.



    As of the 25th, PC Core Hosting will officially be taking over all TagBridge operations. We are eager to sort this mess out for everyone, but until we catch up with support tickets (won't be taking over support etc until that 24th/25th) we would ask for your patience as we get this sorted as fast as we can.

    I believe they bought a smaller VPS company a while ago, but I am not sure exactly what went down, I will find out tonight, however it won't affect anything that his happening here.
