#1 Tumblr themes blog for sale - HUGE traffic

I honestly do not want to sell this blog but I find myself forced to do it. For those of you who don't know, Tumblr is the fastest growing tumblelogging platform out there. The same way "myspace layouts" is the most searched keyword after "myspace" itself, "tumblr themes" is an extremely searched keyword.

The blog had almost 90,000 pageviews last month and the traffic is rapidly growing. I took over the blog late March which was sold to me by a friend who didn't have time to update it.

I am not a blogger and this is my only blog. Hence I don't know the in's and out's of monetizing a blog. The revenue is not that great at all. And I don't understand why. It has a sidebar adsense ad and that's about it.

The blog is a PR4 and currently has an Alexa ranking of 249,772.

I am confident that this blog in the right hands would be a gold mine. The niche is incredible and the potential is huge. It has a #1 spot for the keywords "tumblr theme" and "tumblr themes".

As I said, I am a little hesitant to sell so I'm putting the BIN price at $3,000.

When does the auction end?

 

Well the auction never reached an amount I found to be reasonable. I figured I would keep it up here and see where it goes but it seems I'll have to relist it here or maybe make a listing somewhere else such as Sitepoint.

Like I said, I really love keeping this blog and unless I get something that is worth it, I'm just not letting it go. The BIN is not $3k anymore but rather somewhere around half that.
