Hmmm 500,000 which toe are we talking here i would do without my little toe for that money but not my big toe would maybe feel a little weird heck im putting too much thought into this, def have to numb it first, what a strange question.

Not the whole toenail, but some did 'accidentally' wrip off, and it left it exposed and stuff.
