I 've always been having problem with concentration..This month it get really bad, i can't do anything for more than 5 minute with more my attention float around. and today is the worst ever. I can't even read a thread...it is getting out of control (haven't sleep more than 4 hours a day for two weeks)
I would try some deep relaxation methods to try and slow your mind down before you go to bed. There are a lot of audio tracks that can help in this if you look around a bit. I'm not certain but I believe they would be theta related. Hope this helps. Scot
The answer is there in your thread itself. Lack of concentration is due to lack of sleep. Give your body the much needed sleep and get refreshed. Go to sleep. Good Night.
Thanks for the suggestion..but i really don't want to rely on pill. I am trying to sleep more but i just can't..too much stuff going on now..
If you want to a doctor, that's what they would prescribe. If you don't want them, fair enough, look into herbal medicines and meditation techniques.
