Contest is still open for another 24 hours. Here is what I think so far: Entries from Page 1: Capricious: Love the colors and the web 2.0 feel. Very nice! kweli: I like the crazy underline thing, but the gray "formy" might confuse some people. BlackScorpio: I like how you used my suggestion, but it looks too old school. Carbunash: I like them all minus the wood-metal combination. The wood one was especially nice. megaxx: I love what you are trying to do here. The colors are nice. I just love it. tarponkeith: I like how you used "wood" to make the logo. This is one of the best uses of this in the contest so far. I don't personally like the line on the bottom though. Kestal: Very similar to Capricious's web 2.0 style. I like it. I really like the green and the shadow/mirror effect from the first entry in your second post. I also really liked the last entry in your fourth post. Top marks! redlust.: Similar to tarponkeith's idea. Very nice. I love how you are trying to make it look like the "junk" was built out of junk. One of my favorite so far. The second post really improved on the idea. Great job! dimitri123: Thanks for entering. Good work on the last contest. I really like your idea, but it seems too dark and scary. Also, people may associate it with throwing away money. Page 2: cheafynelu: I like this kind of web 2.0 style. I think it adds a lot of spunk to a website and makes people think it is the newest thing. Skullborg: Nice job with your logo. It just seems a little too old school for me. Reminds me of the IBM logo. Also, the "Bid" part seems to different so people might not associate that with being part of the name. Redders: Very nice. I like how you went out of your way to make the logo look a little bit like junk. It works though and I like it. Good job to everyone so far. I love the all the logos and wish I could use all of them! Who is winning? redlust., Kestal, and Capricious are in the lead. Sarcasm? I know it's not the most genius concept in the world, but it was STILL a lot of work for a $10 contest.
BlackScorpio: Your new logo flows nicely with the design of the site, but I am not sure we are going to keep that design. newblack: Both concepts are great. I really really like them. cottonStella: Great design like always. This is probably one of my favorites if not the top one. I will have to do some thinking on this.
