Need some help with the Rules..

    Hello,

    Please show me the rule that says that you can not post/promote a site of yours if it is promoting/has an affiliate program in it.
    I didn't find any rule like that. The rules say do not spam the forums with affiliate links not do not post your sites which have affiliate programs in it.

    Posting on the Freebie section about a site which offers something IMHO is not against any Rules?..

    Read the announcement in the BST area. You may not promote affiliate programs in any way, shape, or form through posts here. You may not promote them in any way via PM (which includes sending a link to a landing page, video, or something else that directly promotes the program). You can include a link in your sig. That's it. No active promotion allowed. No posting it elsewhere. No telling people to click the link in your sig.
