No, it doesn't really translate like that, I think. If I understand it correctly, you could have a low number of clicks and just a few big sales amounts and have a higher EPC than someone with many more clicks, but lots and lots of small sales amounts, yet the second person may have made more money.
Also though, if there was a tracking problem with EPN (say), then this would affect your EPC, right, because you might be getting clicks, but the resulting sales might not be registering...
I see, I misunderstood that then - thanks guys. It irritates me a bit the epn thing because you don't know how much to trust them - with cj there was at least a middleman - now earnings seem to stay around the same or less when there's more traffics, and indeed more clicks.
Everyone should get above $10 for EPC, if you getting too little, it only means the keywords you are targeting are not converting into cash. It's all about targeting the correct buying keywords.
I average $10-$15 EPHC depending on the site.. anyone here doing eBay thru pepperjam? They report actual EPC, and I see maybe a 20% increase through them, mostly because they pay more...
my epc is 31.00 but will soon drop because I plan to hit massive amounts of traffic soon which wont be as high potent as the traffic i have now but will generate me alot more money
If the admins add an EPN section it needs to include PepperJam. I have converted a few of BANS sites over to them, tweaked those sites, and I am starting to see some good results.
Stating your EPC without stating how many clicks your getting per month is pretty useless. You can have $XXX with like 10 clicks a month and only earning a few dollars. So please also state the level of clicks.
not only does the number of clicks skew the percentage. For the sites I have with EPN, it counts bot clicks that really just throws everything off. At least PJN is not counting bots.
I have been wondering about this myself. I just started and I was making 0.14 EPC, then it went to zero for a couple days and then once I started having some winning bids, it went back up to 0.14. What I am curious about is how much you get for winning bids. It looks like I am getting 11%, but it is really confusing to me. I should also note that my websites are new.
You should start a new thread on this, this is an OLD one, from before QCP was introduced, and while EPC was per 100 not literally per click as it is now.
