What to do for Indian Bank Account, but no any cc or debit card

I have Indian Bank Account, but i have not any debit or credit card, i want to verify paypal, but what is the process of verify?
can you please give some information or suggestion.

 

You cannot verify your PayPal without a Credit Card. Get a Credit Card and verify your account. Or you can use a VCC (Virtual Credit Card) to verify your account and there is 100% chance of getting PayPal limited if used.

 

Yes,u can only verify with credit card,or sign up for getafreelancer or some affiliate and request a payoneer card,u can also verify your account with payoneer card.

 

if you have a bank account,so i guess it will be much easier to get a credit card from your bank except if the fees are high.
don't use a virtual cc esp. from the net, i tried to verify mine from a vcc but it hasn't been accepted (i heard that other people accepted with them from another countries) but i used the legal way with a cc from the bank & it worked & all things very fine.

If you have a salary certificate for about 10k/month, proof of id and proof of address you can get a credit card in India. Some banks also issue cc without any hassles if you have a deposit of about 1 lakh or more. Or if you are having any other regular income of substantial sums and can prove it (like agriculture, business, property lease etc) provide it to them.

You can also verify & transact in Paypal with an addon card which is issued as an additional card to an existing credit card holder (like parents, spouse, etc)



You can withdraw from Paypal to only NEFT enabled Indian bank branches.

I tried to verify paypal using vcc, but i paid 7$ and the person ran away taking my $7, he never come in touch my payment of that amount. so it is difficult to find good vcc seller. i do not want to try vcc.

 

since vcc deals are not allowed in many places/forums so it's difficult to trust such sellers but VCC is the way to verify paypal mostly used by indians since students don't usually have ccs.

You should always select seller with high itraders so you could get what you want
