    I would like your opinions on these points:

    (1) What improvements would you make to these sites?
    (2) Would you sell them as a group or singularly?
    (3) Would you sell them now or try to get some traffic and sales?

    I would try to get a bunch of backlinks before the google pr update. At least wait till the update. But who knows how long that will be.

    A site with a pr of 1 is way better than a n/a or a 0. You'll get more for them.

    I appreciate your comments. PR would be great:) I have read that it happens about every 3 mths so we have a month or so to go, to build links. Good advice:)
