Simple color scheme, which is nice. The site is a bit too austere...it think design should better fit the name. Incorporate some images, I didn't look at everypages, but from what I saw there were no images. Yes good content is key, and images may slow load time, but I want to see someone living the "Revamped life syle" images that complement the content could definitley liven the site just a bit. Also, unless if you are an avid joomla user an want to promote the CMS, you might want to consider making a your own .ico for the site. Just my little two cents. Over all nice and clean, which is good, just don't become sterile.
I agree fully, some pictures would definitely give it a bit more color. The favicon, I simply haven't gotten around to making one yet, I should get on that
The layout is nice. I don't think you really need the link bar at the top on the page since you already have a main menu. I would add some advertisements maybe 1-2 sponsor banners that tailor to the abs I also noticed you have no pics.... I'm a visual person and you want to make it easy for the user to understand your advice your giving them -D1-
Yes, perhaps I will try and fit one or two in there, without making it look tacky. Agreed, I will work on putting up some more pics. Already added one to home page. Will try and put pics for key areas like "Ab Exercises" section so people have a better understanding of what I'm talking about if they've never done an ab workout before. Thanks for the feedback.
