    Hello, Can someone help.

I have purchased an SSL Certificate from a company called RapidSSL and it's now been more then 24 hours and the padlock icon hasn't appeared on my site browser yet.

Does anyone know why? Have i done something wrong?

I have generated a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) from my hosting company and pasted it on the registration form when i signed up for the SSL and when registration was completed I was sent my private key and SSL Certificate which i then installed on my server. So I have done this correctly.

    Thanks

    http://sslchecker.net/ might be helpful!
It looks like there's an error connecting to your server. I cannot telnet to www.ocdtodayuk.org port 443, which indicates the webserver (Apache?) isn't listening on that port.

Ask your webhost to check the certificate installation again.

It seems that your hosting service provider has not yet installed the certification on your domain. You will need a dedicated IP address to run your website under SSL and port should be set to 443.
