Arranges marriages are absolutely HORRIBLE. The parents are taking away the FREE WILL of the person being married for their own PERSONAL GAIN. That is SICK.
Love Marriage,.. I don't think there is someone on this world that wants to get married on someone they didn't love. That kind of marriage is horrible on whatever way and angle I look on it.

I have a friend who is in the process of being in an arranged marriage and the whole process is horrible...and I had a friend who was in love with a guy for a year and then they had to split because his parents arranged a marriage for him, he went home got married and bought the new wife back ...lol is so sad ...
I like that marriage where is understanding and internal feelings between couple. They knows each other weakness and strong point and share each other opinion between them. Whatever that is love marriage or arrange marriage.
love marriage. i cant picture someone who'd prefer an arranged marriage although some couples eventually fall in love despite the arrangement.
What about the option for marrying just because you have a child? That is probably more common in the US then love marriages In regards to arranged marriages, I thought of something that I find funny (its not meant to be racist). Arranged marriages are common in India and the Kama Sutra was created by someone in India. I wonder if this is just a coincidence.
I really can't find any reasons for the marriages to be arranged. The fact of living with someone for the rest of your life, you wished not to live with, seems really frustrating... Or you just get used to it?
I know that there's a lot of cultural differences and I'm not to judge, but I'd rather have a love marriage. Or, failing that, at least a money marriage
