    So yeah i just got my account locked out and I am appealing it now. I have never had any issues. I would check it each and every day. However for the last 3 days I did not and figured i would login and see what few dollars I made. Tada I cant lol.
    I am kind of leaning towards something I just recently found out with some of the sites being bought here on DP
    Many of these people Build a site then slap it up on some PTC's and then show stats of traffic and click thrus earning $1 + a day. This is very much looked at by google as bad.
    So how can you tell when buying a site on DP if thats whats going on?
    I am kind of ticked off cause i was just pushing over $50 and have adsense on 10 different web sites after a month of long and hard work.

    What would you do?
    Build a new account?
    Appeal?
    Just forget it and sell the sites?
    I am pretty fed up with it to be honest.

    Not sure whether yesterday was google account killing day but my account got frozen out as well. Wouldn't say why, just the form letter and their drivel about their system being proprietary and therefore they can not say why they have disabled. Have appealed but doubt that will do much, though maybe find out why.
    It can't hurt to appeal, the worst they can do is say no again, but if u don't appeal your locked out for ever.
    I'm just about ready to look at using adbrite or bidvertiser or something if google is going to screw me around so much.

    same has happened to me today, out of the blue no warnings and i have no idea what i have supposed to have done wrong, trouble is I have adsense on a load of different sites as well so feel that the least google could do is give me a clue as to which site(s) they don't like!

    It really is a sad state of affairs, after working hard for 2 months, I also find myself banned with a loss of $200 and I havent been told the reason why.

    Ive appealed and I am waiting for a response. But the majority say once banned, thats it :mad:

    Feel bad for you guys, it happened to me too a long time ago and the appeal process never helped.

    Try using Adbrite instead, not as high payout, but at least you make some money.

    ditto months of hard work down the pan, had only earned a total of £39.00 but daily earnings were creeping up, now i'm not even going to see that - the irony is i was last week I started 2 adword campaings to drive some trafffic!

    Wow, Sounds like a ton of people got nailed over this weekend and on monday. Wonder what is up with that. Honestly I am ticked enough to the point that whenever I do a search I use yahoo now. If i do not get my account appealed you can count me out from using Google for anything again.
    There honestly and I mean HONESTLY no reason I see myself after reading the TOS and everything doing it by the book on why my account should be suspended. For a full month I did nothing but link back the heck out of my sites and earn all my traffic that way.
    I will give them till the end of this week and if I do not get my account back I am moving on to adbrite I think.
    Boo to google this time around.

    yep a mate of mind has just had his account suspended and appeal failed too, he was only earning about 0.10c per day pmsl....

    I dont think anything compares to what google pays out and how much advertising they have. I think im going to pull my strings and sell the sites I have built up. Really pisses me off though took me a month of VERY hard work to get that $50 in adsense. Never again will I use anything that has to do with google because of this though. Going to make my point that way. Might not mean much but yeah well. Its just dead wrong in my opinion to run a business like that. I am from the USA I pay all my taxes. I read though the entire TOS not once but twice. Made sure I stuck to my guns on this one to. Still to just waste HOURS, DAYS of my life to put it honestly. It pisses me off lol

    try to sign up adbrite , and few more alternatives and give a try ( but there are no good google ad alternatives :( )

    and u can try to appeal to get google adsense account back also

    You can use adbrite with contera . That is also better if you have good traffic and adbrite payout is also less and easy to achieve .
