Where is the highest payout for education leads?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for affiliate networks that offer great payouts on education leads.
By education leads I mean to get people to fill out a forum for a online or offline college degree.

Let me know who you think has the best pay per lead program.

VHM Network pays! however, they offer weak payouts IMHO.

For EDU Offers, I like Hydra.

We also have a few live offers in the $20+ range.
