Is there any kind of tool or that would analyze the apache log file? Maybe help me to figure out who is accessing my server the most and where the most bandwidth gets spent.

I have successfully used 'Visitors' from hping.org/visitors, which is a quick and basic log analyzer.
You may want to install AWStats for more detailed information from the logs.

AWStats is what you are looking for.

I have a dedicated server with 20 IPs, and with 100 sites/domains on it.
I am using no cpanel, i do all of stuff from shell...

What I lack is a mechanism for telling me how much bandwidth each of the website uses, and how much server used in any time frame in total... Anyone knows of any script that does that - from apache log files (separated for every domain).
