Hi, No, there's no network which pays per non unique impressions unfortunately. And for the second question - yes, it WILL count as 2 impressions, but You'll be paid only for one, because only one was from this unique IP .

While it doesnt pay much at all per individual impression, Yuwie pays well for larger downlines since you earn on everyones impressions.
