Ok heres a brief review. I ordered one of the monster VPS around 2 weeks ago. I have never run a vps before but know my way around a hosting account well. Lets just say its a steep learning curve and the support so far has been very quick. If i get stuck i raise a ticket and its answered normally within the hour. there is also live chat to help out too. If you unsure of anything they will do it for you. I never thought i'd be installing zend optimiser, firewalls, optimising apache, email and such like, I'm too used to having this done for me . But with their guidance its a breeze i know its only two weeks but so far downtime is nil, only my own dns changes have my domains unreachable whilst i move all my sites. speed is very good so hoping for much more of the same in future months
