Yaa i think when your site cached first time then he gots PR, and this time due to some problem on your site so it not index, i think you collect some back link on that page your page index soon........

yes, they've got some problem from last one week, because you can see last retrieved on 6 Jun 2008. if you check their site index pages with http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=site:w-weasel.co.uk&btnG=Search now you will see 6th url of this page which google cached before 10 days but if we look with http://209.85.175.104/search?q=cache:http://w-weasel.co.uk/vacancies.html so, I think it should be temporary problem for this page. or they need to sort out query for this page.
