Answer your question by listing your priorities in life... which one if more important to you..then make a blog about it... why...

    Hmmm, I guess.
But theres no point in developing a site if you arent going to get any visitors...

Here's an idea to find some decently hot niches.

Use a free keyword research tool such as the wordtracker trial and search for words like "cure" "remedy", "Stop" "Get rid of".

These tend to get decent traffic, as people looking to end some kind of ailment or beauty problem are usually desperate for information.

You could even monetize the site by selling a short ebook which a pretty good percentage would be willing to buy.

This is more real information than you'll find in a lot of marketing ebooks!

    Good luck!

the question is "What doesn't the internet need?" :p
At the beginning, try going for niches related to health (since just about everyone is interested in being in top shape). Try writing articles about diabetes or hair growth (these were the first two that popped into my head). Just an idea.

    Good luck with everything! :D

Yep, well... Its a good question to know the answer to.
I can narrow it down though, no more gaming forums, social networks, turnkey sites (IMO), webmaster forums...
Its really hard to market a forum nowadays, people are signing up more than ever, but there is so many forums!

Nice question. Well i think the main thing would be before starting a website is to find out what really interest you so ask your self what are your hobbies and interests.
