HI i am from india , i plan to do online shopping with paypal. I don't have credit card but i see there is option add bank account! if i add my bank account will my currency in my bank account INR Rupee will converted into Us dollar, in my paypal account?
Are you trying to use bank account to verify your PayPal account? If yes, you can not verify it using a bank account. You will have you use a credit card.
Are you sure about this ? Because if Paypal has not changed the policy in the last 48 hours, you can only withdraw to an Indian Bank account but you cannot use it to load your paypal account. You can only pay with a credit card. You will also need that to verify your paypal account.

Nope, you cannot verify or fund your Indian PayPal account with your Bank Account. You have to have a Credit Card to verify your PayPal. If you try to use a VCC (Virtual Credit Card), then you'll surely get your account limited now or then and you cannot even provide a Credit Card Statement if you use a VCC. So get a Credit Card and verify your PayPal. Or you can use your Parent's / Friend's Credit Card and use it to verify the PayPal account with their details. You pay them by cash later.
