Hate to be a party pooper but the thing with tattoos is...when your really old the tattoos go wrinkly and don't look too attractive anymore
Nice.. I like tribal art. My favorite tattoo belongs to the blogger (Quelyn) at emocrap.com.. it's a shoulder tattoo of the Silver Surfer and it's awesome!
I think it looks awful, I think most people who tell you otherwise are lying because they're polite. It looks like it's on a dodgy random part of your arm, I don't like the design, very cliche and unoriginal, infact, it's one of the worse tattoos I've seen in a long time. Plus when you're in your late 30s, you'll always have to wear long sleeve shirts until you die, unless you want to look a bit odd with a massive random splodge of colour on your arm. At least if it's shoulder/upper arm, you don't have to worry so much about when you're older. But each to their own, my opinions are only my opinions!
