Are there any limited for internal links on home page?

    hello
    I just want to know if there limited for internal links on homepage
    does it againt google TOS ?
    cuz I see some of site have very very lot of links on homepage as this site
    http://vb.roro44.com/

    or it will be no problem if it was internal links?

    I see strong sites with up to 200-300 internal links on the home page so that wouldn't be a problem.
    Just make sure they don't have the same anchor text ;) (if you're trying to boost your SERP with internal linking)

    I saw sites with over 1000 internal links on homepage and it's running well on google... Why is this?

    Maybe because there is nothig wrong with the internal linking.
    In fact I can't see any restrictions reading the Google Webmaster Guidelines.

    as long as your page can open in browser within a reasonable time
