PR5 Web Directory For Sale (Directory ER)

A little while ago some guy was trying to sell my directory although he doesn't own it He got banned. He however helped me get an idea about the interest rate people would have on this site if I were to sell it, so I'm listing it for sale here.

It has never been promoted anywhere else than DP. Never really tried to monetize it, as you can also see regular links are for free. However I still sold 2 featured links, which made me $20 last month, with zero promotion.
Domain was acquired via backordering. Domain is 1 year old and a valid PageRank 5. Registered on 2007-07-25, at Namecheap. Free push is available. It has been PR5 for last 3 PR updates now.

The directory runs on phpld 2.1, and uses a free template. There are currently over 4900 active links submitted to the directory. The directory gets 100-150 submissions daily. Potential of the directory is high if you try to monetize it.

100-150 unique visitors daily in average. 60% of the traffic is direct type-in. Rest is from search engines and some other sites. Check screenshots for more info:

The site was being sold on SitePoint a few days ago and was bought for $751, however the guy says he'll make the payment next Friday and I don't wanna wait that long so I'm listing it for sale again.
