Please review my Bollywood Site

Hey guys,

I have started a new bollywood pictures site at: www.bollyworld.in and also a blog related to bollywood. I have added Adbrite for now but will be using Adsense after some days. (adbrite is just for trial).
Could you please review the ad placement at my site and give me your suggestions?

It's a newly started site just 3 days ago using 4images script and even has a blog on it's sub-domain (link available in my signature). At this point I really think whether you at least know that a 'Parked Site' is!!

 

hello please can you tell me from where did you get those celebrity images, it will be very helpful to me. thanks. your blog looks good and the images are nice.

Thanks for the comments. Most of the pics are from my personal collection built in about a year from various sources from the internet and friends So there's not any ONE specific source that I could tell you, sorry!

I also got a parked page on www.bollyworld.in..

But then I opened the site by simply http://bollyworld.in and it opened fine.
After then site started opening with ur www.bollyworld.in url ...

Make sure ur domain DNS settings are correct. Lets wait for some more reviews.

 

Thanks for letting me know this. Actually I think, my server might be down and hence you all were redirected to other page. But then when you tried it without 'www' say a mere co-incidence, the server must be back and running. (It happens sometimes with my server. It's up one moment and down the other)

Checked the site today also.. and first few times it opened a parked page [ See the attachment ] ( for URL www.bollyworld.in) .. Then tried to ping bollyworld.in ( not www.bollyworld.in) and got this result..

After pinging site started opening well.
May b ur server is also not well as the site is opening very slowly.. (or may b its my ISP problem.. )

I think u should submit a review of ur site in general Website review section mentioning about this issue.

Your blog is opening ,but your main page is still showing me a parked page

No the theme is a free one If you want download link lemme know. I will look into the 'parked site' matter. Also one strange thing is that, you are able to open my sub-domain (blog) but not my main site!!
I have two PC's with diff ISP's and never got such problem. So don't know it was happening. THANKS a lot for letting me know!

Yes, that's perhaps the best script I found for wallpapers (FREE one). Other one in fight was coppermine

 

I tried positioning an ad unit in the top right corner like you did once but it didn't really work out, the CTR was really low which caused the CPC to decrease as well

 

I suggest you move the ad unit that is on the top-right, to the middle top.

 

actually right now I am getting a CTR of 3-4% already. And the site is quite new. So I thought Iwill let it there for some while and then change the position if it didn't work.
