    Hello everyone,
I'm in a band called STARGASM and we have been around since September 2006. We already have a full-length CD released and we are now working on our live DVD release. However, we have a major problem: NO CD SALES! We have tried to give our CD's to local record stores, we set up a professional website with an online store, and the only place where people buy our CDs are live shows. But we only get 2-4 sales each show. Now I know what you are all thinking - play more shows. It's easier said then done, we got a lot of gear and it costs a lot of money to transport it especially with the soaring fuel prices. Is there anything wrong with the music or with the way that our online presence is set up? To check out our myspace and official website, follow the links below:

I will just suggest try doing a "real day job", if you are not able to do well with your Band :)

I do this as a hobby, I'm just wondering how I can improve this project.

Use PPC programs and make your website e-commerce enabled, and boost online music sales.

The PPC programs are those advertisement banners that you see on top of webpages, right? Are we going to be advertising using a banner or are companies going to be advertising on our website to give us more money? e-commerce can be enabled, we'll just talk to our webmaster. Boosting online music sales will result from PPC and e-commerce, right?

Yes, and if you are ready to shell out some money, you can hire someone from DP :)

No, I'll chat with the webmaster first, thanks though.
