    I have 11 different free template website. Since I have not time to promote them all at once, I am now selling one copy of it. The site have more than 300 free templates included I guess.

    The site have Admin where you can add more templates or modify the existing content of the site.

    Also Template authors can submit their free templates to the site.

    I did not like the domain name's TLD that is .info
    I want a .com say if i give u a .com domain name how much will u charge me for installing a fully functional site like the one in the site u selling above ? PM me ur offer

    Yes no domain, I will do the installation for $25, if you want I will customized the template not the same with those two template site and will change the url structure then pay $50 and I will make it that they will look like those two sites. But the content will be the same...

    Can the admin change the settings so that users have to register before downloading?

    No I have assurance with that, but I guess it's okey with the authors as they want their templates to be publish as many site as possible because it's one way of promoting their template.
