I ordered a $150 godaddy gift card but after 36 hours, they didn't sent it to receiver's e-mail. What can I do? Maybe it's because the amount was high and needs to be verified by human?or maybe because it's weekend? Anyone have any experience about this issue? Thanks
e-mailed them last night. I don't think if they raise the amount of gift card,lol, but I hope they take some action about it soon.
They replied to my e-mail: What a liar? My friend never received it and they say you spent it! after 3 days. Any solution? Can I disput paypal payment?
Do you know for a fact that your friend never received it, you sent it to the right person or that their email hasn't been compromised? It seems like you'd rather call GoDaddy a liar then explore other possibilities of what may have happened.
Exactly, maybe you mistyped the e-mail. Or maybe your friend is lying to you, but I don't know your relationship, so I won't get involved in that. Ask Go Daddy what name/account was used with the gift card. If it's your friend, then you might want to talk to him. If it isn't, you've got a problem.
Yeah I'm sure. I know him for years not a day or two. He received the card today! after 3 days! I think they do not issue gift card in weekend. Their support really sucks.
