Does Paypal have the right to do this?

    I think being from the UK does not seem to be the matter here...because I am but it seems to be a general rule, but I do not really understand the whole principle behind this but there is no point blaming paypal because its the EU laws and the US laws that cause all this.


    Well thanks but as I said the end result is paypal decides and we accept for the time being.

    As I said, its not that paypal decides, the law decides and paypal follows. This is the reason why one Country can accept gambling payments and another can't.

    that statement isn't all true. Paypal changed their policy a while ago to allow adult dvds to be sold using their services. Not on ebay but other e-commerce sites.
