Need a website like this

I am interested of making a website like this where users can reg to post their own stories.
Using a word press blog but where people can post on their own.(Which means people register as user and then post their stories)
Can anyone make a nice clone like this?

You can enable guest registration in WP, and allow them to post.
This should work IMO.

Or use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/ to allow guests to post.

its very simple:-

1. go to http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php (log in as admin).
2. Check the "Anyone can register" checkbox in the MEMBERSHIP field.
3. Select the "Author" option in the NEW USER DEFAULT ROLE field.
