You did nothing wrong. Every now and then you just get a rude person who has nothing better to do than to waste your time. I think you handled yourself very well in not showing the anger you must have been feeling.
I agree with many replies given already. It happens universally. Just forget it, ignore such people, and move on. You were nowhere wrong at all. Also, take note of Amit's advice. Get a Live support software with in-built spell check option. Good english does nothing, but bad and broken english definitely gets noticed. Thank you all. This thread was in Web Hosting previously, now moved here. So the primary replies are from web hosts at DP. I'll take your advice and will replace my Keyboard as it's now more than 3 years old and characters are almost disappeared from keys. Makes a lot of confusion to me while typing. And when I type something in hurry, after pressing enter only I see, there were spelling mistakes. Otherwise I check once, what I am going to enter Thanks Vijay
