hello hello i have my own web site shopping and pay customer in all the world and i get use paypal in my web site in check out opation some people pay me in paypal and i recived the money from thim and i have shipped to thim all the iteam that they pay from me via paypal after that the money of coustmers has been Reversal to thim and like that i get negative blance in my account after paypal investigates end but paypal didnt Reversal the money to my paypal Reversal the money to coustmer that pay from me and that the problem i want resolve to my case and i want to open case for this problem with know i shipped to thim the iteam and i cannot back the money to thim because the iteam has been shipped to thim and if any one have any soluation like calling to paypal and whats i say to him please told me , please told me all soluation i will be thanks for every one please ur help immditley thanks
I used to run a business where I used paypal for my transactions and every now and then people would get the product and after they had what they wanted they would issue a paypal reversal. Out of the 5 times people did that I lost all 5 cases somehow. Paypal always gives in to the scammers it seems. If they already took the money out and gave it back to the person then you're out of luck. There is no way to get your money back and your product is his.
well since you have negative balance i assume you already withdrew your paypal. if the person filed a false claim (item not received claim or item not as described claim) you can provide paypal with your shippers tracking number and other details ans they will take your side. If your client has asked his bank to do a chargeback unfortunately there is nothing you can do..paypal will just leave your balance as negative and will do nothing about it. A good solution in case of the second situation would be to open a NEW paypal account.
A dispute has to have been filled already and PayPal decided for the buyer to win. Otherwise the balance doesn´t go negative. About the "good solution" you mention: it´s the worst solution you can do if you have an account with real info. PayPal will get back their money, that´s for sure and it won´t be cheap. So if you used real info on the account I suggest to make the balance positive again. You will get some nice mail from PP-lawyers otherwise. Also if PP finds out there is another account in your name, maybe you will get the other account blocked then and with it the money in it so just don´t do this

To the OP, your best bet to getting your money back is to call them if you speak good enough english, but most likely say goodbye to your money. Also I strongly suggest you practice your english.
