    markethealth pays via Paypal.. it's not exactly connected with soccer... but 50% on your target ain't bad..lol..

    Yeah, markethealth pays via Paypal, but I don't think soccer is the best niche for selling their products...or maybe some of their male enhancement products might sell :rolleyes:

    you mean CPC.. cost per click...

    I don't personally do any CPC promotions...can't help ya there... remember.. getting paid per click is VERY little commission.. sometimes as low as 0.05 per click.. so it takes a ton of work and is usually best suited to established sites with already high traffic
