SEOmoz Penalized By Google For No Reason!

May be Google is in mood of killing shark wheal, rather than biting small fishes like ours.

 

yes it is not really a penalty at all, it is regarding url structure. but thats interesting

Wonder if there ever would be a solid alternative/competitor to Google.

 

I dont think Google can penalized for no reason, it is true there must a reason...

 

I think the penalty is because of the same anchor text being used for all the backlinks. Such backlinks do not have natural looking profile. That is why it is advisable to change the anchor text for backlinks.

 

what anchor backlink checker did you use to find this info out... ?

Well there is a phenomenon going around right now. Many sites have been losing their SERP's. I mean, many established sites that used to get a lot of traffic. This phenomenon started at the beginning of June. My site has also lost a great deal of it's serp's, no sign of improvement so far. Maybe this is the case with seomoz too.

 

Google start acting like Robin Hood - more traffic for the poor small webmasters

 

So , the reaction from google (Matt) is promising , any extension like .0,.1 to n will be indexed.

I really never knew anything about that kinda stuff. So now I will have to look for NO zero in my URLs
