Problems With VBulletin

    First off,

I am beginning to notice that the reputation system isn't working. When a user hits 5 positive, it states this user has developed their own name tag. However, I have a few users with over 10 but it still states, this user is an unknown product at this time. Which is set to, 0.

How do I go about fixing this?

Also, when it comes to reputation points is it supposed to update automatically or do I have to do that myself? If it is supposed to do it automatically, mine makes me do it.

And yes, I have turned off all mods and I still have the same problem.

    Second off,

Does anyone know any where I can find skins for 3.71??? I have looked every where and I can only find 3.7.

    Thanks for all your help!

Have you tried the maintenance areas in the ACP, to recount all the numbers etc?

Have you made changes to, and have you checked the user reputation system? admin control panel - User Reputations (left hand column 3/4 way down) and check the settings there.

Do you have any promotions based on reputations?

As for themes, check here - http://www.themesbydesign.net/ Is there a real difference between 7.0 and 7.1 themes?

Yeah, I checked that as well. Everything is set up the way it's supposed to be but still no results.

I don't know if there is any difference. I only know that when I try to install 3.7, it tells me I can't because I have 3.71 and that is a 3.7 skin. I am like, okay? It's only .1 of a difference.

If you are looking for a theme for 3.6 and 3.7 version's have a look at this thread for a huge list of design sites.

    http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com/f15/paid-vbulletin-skins-styles-147.html

The sites offer paid custom themes and also have free pre-made themes that are fully supported.

When you upgrade your vbulletin to a different version as in 3.7 there is new template changes so any template you are using will need to be updated by the designer. New features come with new versions along with bug fix's...etc

I'd suggest that whatever theme you are using, please contact the creator and get support on it. Sometimes 1 little tweak with the template files fix's the known issue.

Okay, so, some how I have got one of the reputation statuses to update. However, there are others who did not update with them. And I don't even know what I did to make them update. :(

Have you tried this option yet to update them all?>

In your AdminCP go to the "Maintaince" section next click on "Update Counters" then scroll down to "Rebuild User Reputation " and click on that.

Doesn't that just rebuild the reputation to what you put as the number below? So if I put, "0", wouldn't everyone just go back to 0?
