I'm with you. Even I don't like Alonso before, but if he really go to Ferrari, sure will support him as a fan. I think Alonso in red will be nice. :D

I was very impressed with Alonso during his championship years, but now that I think about it - he mostly won from pole. He does very poorly when dealing with traffic. If he'd calm down and focus on the job at hand, I think he'd do a lot better!

It’s only right to mention that Renault’s car is not even close to Ferrari and McLaren cars. He cannot make anything more in this situation.

I'll give you that. Renault is certainly struggling. I just think it is a little bit optimistic to think Alonso could be champion again in this competitive field.
Now he's allegedly talking about hopping over to BMW/Sauber. He keeps skipping from one team to another, blaming the teams and drivers and not taking responsibility for the growth he needs to see himself.

Definitely! Take a look to Piquet, he can't make even close results compared to Alonso. IMO, Alonso is really pulling out everything out of very uncompetitive Renault and he is doing a great job.
To make a comparison - don't you think Coulthard and Button are good drivers? But they also drive crappy cars...

Yeah, I agree. He is best team destroyer F1 ever had. lol
He just can't stand to see no2 driver is better than him, sad but that's true. :)
He would look nice in BMW, but who should leave BMW? Kubica or Heidfeld?

If Kimi retired, Kubica should go to Ferrari and Alonso will be in BMW, team-up with Heidfield.

Until Kimi decide to retire it would come much better drivers then any of this today. But it will be nice to see Jarno Trulli for one year in Ferrari seat.

It would be nice to see if Jenson really had what it takes from a Brit point of view, give him a good car for a season. If he finished top 3 i'd be surprised.

He has often been out performed by Barrichello.

Kubica to Ferrari would be nice, but I honestly don't see why Ferrari would want to get rid of Massa. He is racking up points for the team. He's a team player that is willing to accept a strategy that helps Kimi, on occasion (such as pitting around Kimi). This is not to say Kubica would have a problem with that, but Alonso definitely would. Kimi/Alonso would be a bad team matchup!

Why not? But I will miss Felipe; he's such a passionate guy. Mixed with iceman comes to normal.

There's a seat at McLaren too, Heiki doesn't seem to be able to get as much out of the car as Hamilton does.

Yeah you are right but I think he will move to other team and Ferrari might bring Kubica in the team. Even I heard such things in few weeks ago ESPN's shows on F1.

What other changes can you see taking place at the end of the season, any major moves from further down the grid?

That would be a personal drama for myself: don't want to leave Robert, but nor I want to wave a red flag...I'm too much used to wave that silver one! :D
